GFL is looking for a detailed-oriented individual, preferably with customer service experience, to join their team as a Full-Time Customer Service Representative. You will provide exceptional service through high volumes of communication via email and phone, collaborate with the Technical Sales Representative, and ensure timely responses to inquiries. This role is vital for maintaining high customer satisfaction and executing effective office services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders

• Collaborate with TSR for sales support and quoting

• Ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries

• Maintain KPIs related to work orders and metrics

• Handle off-spec shipments efficiently and accurately

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED;
Associate’s Degree preferred

• Customer service orientation and good communication skills

• Detail-oriented and computer literate

• Comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment

• Experience in customer service is preferred
