Key Responsibilities:

• Perform empathetic customer calls to address overdue accounts

• Negotiate suitable repayment options for clients

• Administer accounts with past-due financial loans

• Engage in negotiations and explore financing solutions

• Keep accurate records of collection activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years in collections or customer support

• Bilingual in both French and English is essential

• Experience with automated dialers beneficial

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

• Proficiency in MS Office applications
