Become the driving force behind Volkswagen Financial Services' Fresh Start program as its thematic leader, responsible for pioneering consumer mobility solutions in a hybrid role with local travel allowances. Ensure exceptional customer journeys from application through delivery.

In this important 15-month contract, you’ll coordinate activities between customers, dealers, and internal teams to optimize vehicle selection and delivery.

Your role focuses on providing clear guidance and curation of options while managing operational processes and feedback. Strong skills in communication and organization are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate vehicle options and delivery logistics from start to finish

• Curate VIN options tailored to customer profiles and preferences

• Provide dealer training and oversee onboarding processes

• Track each vehicle's journey from selection to delivery

• Document processes and enhance customer inquiry workflows

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or relevant fields

• 3+ years in automotive finance or customer fulfillment experience

• Proven communication and customer service abilities

• Knowledge of auction operations and vehicle specifications preferred

• Bilingual capabilities in English and French are preferred
