Customer Service Representative Hubbell

As the primary contact for assigned territory, you will process and expedite orders, collaborate with various internal teams, and ensure that delivery commitments are met. This position requires a blend of customer service excellence and strong technical knowledge, particularly in electrical disciplines, to address complex issues and inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries

• Expedite order processing and ensure accurate documentation

• Resolve delivery concerns and product issues collaboratively

• Support customers with product specifications and lead times

• Train customers on utilizing self-service digital platforms

Requirements:

• Completion of a two-year post-secondary program

• Strong technical knowledge; CET in Electrical discipline preferred

• 6 months - 1 year related experience required

• Familiarity with Electricity 101 is beneficial

• Commitment to maintaining high customer satisfaction
