Key Responsibilities:

• Serve customers courteously, both in person and by phone

• Upsell corporate products and services to enhance customer experience

• Resolve complaints and problem shipments effectively

• Build relationships with management, drivers, and warehouse staff

• Assist customers with shipping details and account challenges

Requirements:

• 3-12 months in customer service or retail preferred

• Technology proficiency, including POS systems

• Ability to lift 70 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
