Position: LTO Teacher for Grades 5 and 6
Join St. Wilfrid Catholic School as a 1.0 FTE LTO teacher for Grades 5 and 6. This role begins on September 2, 2026, and lasts until June 30, 2027.
The school seeks an experienced educator with certification from the Ontario College of Teachers and Junior Qualifications. You will fill a temporary vacancy, ensuring that every student feels included and valued. Your compensation will follow the salary grid, based on your QECO category evaluation and teaching experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons for Grade 5 and 6 students

• Foster an inclusive classroom environment

• Collaborate with staff and parents to support students

• Assess student progress and provide feedback

• Participate in professional development and staff meetings
Requirements:

• Certification in good standing from the Ontario College of Teachers

• Junior Qualifications for teaching

• Previous teaching experience is an asset
