The Durham District School Board acknowledges that many Indigenous Nations have longstanding relationships, both historic and modern, with the territories upon which our school board and schools are located. • Develop and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum and support student learning.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to help students grow.

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the community to enhance student learning.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.

• Required subject qualifications: I/S Science, I/S Math, I/S Canadian & World Studies
• FTE: 0.5 FTE (PM Only, full year)
• Grade(s)/assignment: 9-12
• Ontario teaching certificate (OCT) in good standing
• Secondary Permanent Salary Range: $57,986 to $119,967/year (Placement on salary grid is based on QECO rating and teaching experience. Salary will be pro‑rated based on the position FTE).

• Provide a current Criminal Background Check with vulnerable sector screening upon hire.
