Your role will focus on developing impactful learning experiences for equipment operators.
As a Mobile Equipment Trainer, you will deliver training on forklifts and aerial work platforms, using both in-person and online methods. Your engagement and communication skills will contribute to effective learning, fostering a culture of safety at various client sites across Southwestern Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for equipment operators
• Assess operators’ practical skills to ensure competency
• Emphasize the importance of safety standards during training
• Collect feedback from participants to improve training quality
• Handle administrative duties tied to training sessions
Requirements:
• Relevant equipment operation certification is required
• Minimum of 1 year of training or health and safety experience
• Comprehensive understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Professional conduct in client interactions
• Must have reliable transport and a clear background check
