Position: High School Tutor for Math & Science
Shape young minds as a part-time High School Tutor in Math and Science at Oxford Learning Pickering. This in-person role is ideal for passionate educators available during evenings and weekends.

As a teacher-tutor, you will work closely with students in grades 9-12, emphasizing math and chemistry concepts. The position requires strong tutoring skills, and you'll receive training in proprietary methodologies to enhance student learning without the need for lesson planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tutor up to three students at once in various subjects

• Use Oxford Learning’s teaching methods effectively

• Provide daily updates on student progress

• Write post-lesson notes for continuous improvement

• Maintain a supportive and professional learning environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or credentials in a relevant area

• Familiarity with the high school curriculum

• Quality tutoring experience at equivalent levels

• Strong communication skills in English

• Weeknight and Saturday morning availability
