Project Coordinator Co-op

Aecon Group Inc. is hiring a Project Coordinator Co-op for its Nuclear Infrastructure Projects at the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station Refurbishment. This is a 12‑month work term.

• Communicate with engineering team members and engineering manager to maintain the engineering scope work breakdown structure.
• Relay changes and updates from the engineering team to other project groups (scheduling, project controls, construction).
• Organize meetings (internal or client) as required by the engineering team and develop meeting minutes.
• Report on action items from engineering meetings for input to the action items register.
• Coordinate requests for information to vendors and clients as identified by the engineering team.

• Currently in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of an Engineering degree program (Energy, Power, Electrical, Electronics, I&C, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Nuclear).
• Or, 2nd or 3rd year of an Engineering Technology or Engineering Technician program (Energy, Power, Electrical, Electronics, I&C, Mechanical, Civil/Structural).
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Organizational and time‑management skills (ability to prioritize tasks).
• Experience with Microsoft Excel is an asset.
