Nuclear Project Coordinator Outage Expertise

Become a key player in nuclear project execution as a Project Coordinator, managing schedules and compliance. Engage with engineering, procurement, and customer teams to ensure project success. In this role, you will support planning, execution, and closeout of nuclear projects while focusing on safety, deadlines, and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates will have experience in project coordination and solid skills in MS Project, Power BI, and Excel. Your ability to connect technical and non-technical teams will contribute to smooth operations across the board.

• Track project milestones and manage cross‑functional teams
• Prepare reports, logs, and meeting documentation
• Assist with outage planning and turbine‑generator maintenance
• Ensure compliance with nuclear safety and QA standards
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and outage calls

• Degree in Engineering or related fields
• Experience in project coordination or industrial operations
• Familiarity with nuclear or regulated environments
• Strong communication and scheduling skills
• Preferred experience with turbines and generators
