Project Material Management Specialist

This position reports to the Tooling Area Manager and involves essential coordination between various teams such as Engineering and Quality Assurance. You will maintain accurate inventory data, manage documentation for deliveries, and enforce project-specific safety and quality standards. Strong organizational skills are key to succeeding in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory and tracking of project materials
• Issue materials with compliance to safety guidelines
• Coordinate documentation and shipping issues
• Enter materials data in project management databases
• Support adherence to project quality assurance
Requirements:
• Technical education or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years in materials and logistics
• Experience in construction or nuclear projects is beneficial
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Strong commitment to safety standards
