Step into a Senior Project Manager role at Pickering, focusing on the Steam Generator Replacement project, requiring onsite engagement three days weekly for effective project oversight. Drive project success through clear communication and precise planning.

This position revolves around managing vendor relationships, delivering on contractual obligations, and executing projects within schedule constraints. You will utilize Earned Value Management practices to monitor project metrics and continuously improve vendor performance while resolving technical issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and synchronize project plans with internal and external stakeholders

• Act as SPOC for all vendor and client communications

• Identify critical risks and manage recovery efforts

• Report status updates using Earned Value Management techniques

• Negotiate project scope and ensure quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar field

• Over 10 years of experience in project management

• Strong skills in budget control and planning

• Proficient in English communication

• Familiarity with nuclear energy or oil and gas sectors
