Join a leading engineering and manufacturing firm seeking an NPI Quality Engineer with expertise in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and GD&T. You'll collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support NPI projects from concept to production release
• Review specifications and ensure quality expectations are met
• Lead creation and maintenance of Process FMEAs and Control Plans
• Coordinate Production Part Approval Process submissions
• Drive Advanced Product Quality Planning activities
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a manufacturing quality engineering role
• Expertise in NPI projects and APQP methodologies
• Knowledge of FMEA, GD&T, MSA, and SPC techniques
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings
