Position: Electrical Technologist for CanAtom
Become an Electrical Technologist with Can Atom, a leader in nuclear refurbishment projects. Utilize your expertise in electrical and mechanical maintenance to support essential tooling operations.

This role focuses on maintaining and repairing welding tools for the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station Refurbishment Project. The position requires strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics. Your expertise will ensure that tooling is optimally configured for site conditions and operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct repairs and maintenance on welding tools

• Develop tooling repair and maintenance procedures

• Maintain regular job-site presence for hands-on support

• Procure and manage spare tooling and components

• Ensure compliance with tooling manuals and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years in machining or fabrication

• Graduate of Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Program

• Strong knowledge of electrical schematics

• Previous maintenance experience is an asset

• Ability to work in radiological environments
