Position: Eco-Tec Inc. Process Applications Manager Role

In your role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Process and Applications teams while enhancing their contributions through mentoring and resource optimization. Actively engage in market research and customer feedback to steer innovative solutions and ensure profitability. Your leadership will standardize practices that align with company objectives and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve departmental processes and tools

• Coordinate engineering efforts across departments

• Lead final approvals for project proposals and engineering drawings

• Implement innovation projects in collaboration with Systems Engineering

• Review RFQs and ensure tailored testing practices
Requirements:

• Chemical Engineering degree required

• 5–10 years of industrial applications experience

• 1–5 years of team leadership experience

• Business savvy with strategic execution capabilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power Automate
