As a Procurement Engineer II, you will work closely with design engineers to outline materials requirements and conduct technical evaluations of suppliers. Your responsibilities will include strategic sourcing, addressing supply chain risks, and ensuring compliance with quality standards specific to the nuclear industry. This role is critical for supporting the company’s commitment to innovative and sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design engineers on procurement specifications

• Conduct technical evaluations of potential suppliers

• Address technical issues and maintain strong supplier relationships

• Execute sourcing plans for critical components

• Assess risks associated with new products and suppliers
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical experience

• At least 8 years in procurement or supply chain roles

• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and BOMs

• Familiarity with nuclear quality regulations (e.g., N299)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
