Réalis is hiring a Lead Structural Engineer to deliver innovative design solutions for Canada's nuclear facilities. Your extensive experience in structural analysis and code compliance will be key to our mission.
We are looking for an expert with over 7 years of experience in structural engineering, especially in nuclear power plants. You will lead analysis, design, and seismic qualifications while ensuring compliance with Canadian civil codes and regulations. With proficiency in industry-standard tools like STAAD Pro and SAP
2000, you will effectively manage project deliverables and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structural analysis and aging assessments for nuclear frameworks

• Develop detailed engineering packages and design calculations

• Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and project requirements

• Provide guidance and quality oversight throughout projects

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective communication
Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred

• 7+ years in structural design and analysis, ideally within nuclear

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Canada, preferably in Ontario

• Expertise in relevant structural analysis software

• Strong project management and organizational skills
