Position: Senior Project Lead for Engineering

In this Senior Project Lead capacity, you will manage the lifecycle of engineering and manufacturing projects, complying with all relevant project management frameworks. Your responsibilities will include active management of project risks and issues, while ensuring deliverables meet defined schedules and budgets. Candidates should have 6-8 years of industry experience with a strong background in manufacturing, preferably related to the nuclear sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple engineering projects concurrently

• Assess risks proactively and implement recovery plans

• Maintain communication flow among all project stakeholders

• Track project progress against key milestones

• Review cost and schedule variance reports regularly
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business

• PMP designation preferred

• 6-8 years of project management experience

• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred

• Familiarity with nuclear industry projects
