As the Senior Pavement Engineer, you'll direct investigations, refine test methodologies, and advance service offerings in alignment with client needs. You will cultivate a collaborative environment, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality deliverables across varied projects, from urban infrastructure to wastewater management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the technical mentor for junior engineers
• Coordinate site investigations and lab testing programs
• Enhance pavement engineering methodologies for various projects
• Conduct analyses and create detailed reports
• Promote a positive and improvement-driven atmosphere
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering and P.Eng. in Ontario
• 10+ years of pavement engineering experience
• Access to a vehicle for site-related travel
• Expertise in client management and leadership
• Strong ability to communicate effectively
