Materials Manager for Turbine Generator Project

As the Materials Manager, you will be responsible for tracking, planning, and issuing materials within the Turbine Generator Refurbishment project. Communication with project teams will be key to developing strategies that enhance material management processes and ensure adherence to industry requirements. Your experience will also involve conducting audits and managing logistics effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on policies dictating material management

• Develop plans consistent with construction workflows

• Supervise material handling and storage activities

• Coordinate with quality teams and manage audits

• Ensure staffing for material control tasks

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of engineering or construction experience

• Skilled in MS Excel and handling project schedules

• Knowledge of SAP applications and ASME codes

• Proven ability to forecast material needs

• Security clearance as part of employment process
