In this critical role, you will act as the main contact for US and international customers concerning equipment and service inquiries. Your expertise in high-voltage technology will be essential for troubleshooting issues, conducting maintenance, and delivering training. You will also assist with installations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer technical questions
• Perform inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of equipment
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and startup activities
• Document activities and findings through detailed service reports
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams
Requirements:
• Technical or degree in engineering or related field
• Hands-on experience with high-voltage equipment
• Strong electrical testing and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
• Willingness to travel extensively across North America
