Position: Engineering Quality Specialist Role
Enhance engineering processes as a Human Performance Specialist, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. This role focuses on quality management and continuous improvement within engineering teams.

We seek an Engineering Quality and Human Performance Specialist to support our Quality Management System (QMS) and enhance human performance practices. You will collaborate with the Quality Manager, leading initiatives that aim at operational excellence, error reduction, and organizational learning. Key skills include analytical problem-solving and attention to detail, ensuring engineering effectiveness throughout project life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with project financial administration and cost tracking

• Support QMS implementation and continuous improvement efforts

• Conduct audits and monitor adherence to engineering standards

• Lead Human Performance Program initiatives and investigations

• Facilitate knowledge sharing for best practices across teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

• Minimum 4 years in engineering or quality assurance

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and similar standards

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• P.Eng. designation or quality certifications are assets
