In this pivotal position, you will be an Equipment Support Specialist associated with Veolia’s Water Technology Business. Collaborating closely with various teams, you’ll handle customer service challenges and provide effective solutions to enhance service efficacy. A strong focus on client relationships and technical troubleshooting will drive your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer complaints throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service accuracy
• Maintain thorough documentation of customer support cases
• Conduct training for internal and external stakeholders
• Support engineering feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• 5 years’ experience in water treatment or equivalent
• Strong expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Background in reading and understanding technical diagrams
• Ability to work autonomously under pressure
