As a future Project Coordinator at Aecon, your role will emphasize coordination between engineering teams and construction activities. You will develop work packages, monitor field installations, and identify risks for successful project delivery. Strong organizational skills will be essential as you plan and execute project schedules and manage stakeholder communication effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage Comprehensive Work Packages in collaboration with teams
• Report on project performance and monitor compliance with project plans
• Develop project trackers, including risk registers and logs
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and internal groups
• Chair meetings to drive project status updates and action items
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
• 1-3 years as a Project Coordinator in construction or engineering
• Experience with Primavera, AutoCAD, and SAP preferred
• High proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and communication skills essential
