Join Atkins Réalis as an Engineering Coordination Specialist in a hybrid setting, focusing on interface management and project deliverables. This full-time position supports comprehensive project execution.
In this role, you will support the Project Manager by coordinating engineering activities and managing interfaces among disciplines. Your responsibilities include tracking deliverables, resolving interface conflicts, and ensuring alignment of technical information. Collaboration with various teams, including Procurement and Project Controls, is essential for the project’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track engineering deliverables with interface dependencies in mind
• Maintain documentation on interface requirements and actions
• Coordinate engineering-construction interface considerations
• Organize and support interface governance meetings
• Report on high-risk interface constraints to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Science, or relevant discipline
• 4-8 years of experience in project roles
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary project environments
• Exposure to construction and vendor interactions
• Excellent problem-solving and escalation abilities
