Project Officer Driving Effective Project Implementation and Planning

Lead the successful implementation of projects as a Project Officer. Coordinate and facilitate project planning while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements in a hybrid work setting.

This role, at the MP4 level, is essential for managing project performance and reporting on key metrics. You will analyze costs and schedules, prepare management plans, and lead project scoping and risk management workshops. Identifying and implementing corrective actions is key to ensuring projects meet evolving expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project planning and execution processes

• Report on project performance and forecast metrics

• Prepare and maintain project management plans

• Coordinate risk management workshops and plans

• Develop and monitor project schedules using Primavera

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of relevant project management experience

• University degree in Engineering, Science, or Business

• Proficient with Primavera and Microsoft Office tools

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Familiarity with contract management and vendor evaluation
