Make a difference as a Senior Technical Engineer in Montgomery, Pickering, contributing to fire protection and emergency response. This hybrid role balances remote and in-office duties, enabling impactful work.
We are seeking two Senior Technical Engineers for a 12-month term focusing on fire protection and safety compliance. Your responsibilities will include evaluating fire hazards, preparing compliance documentation, and liaising with internal departments for support. You’ll also address external requests and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide evaluations and technical support for compliance
• Compile reports and data for stakeholders
• Recommend improvements and modifications based on assessments
• Maintain operational capability of fire protection systems
• Collaborate on fire risk assessments and mitigation strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• Understanding of fire protection engineering principles
• Proficiency in report writing in English
• Fire response knowledge preferred
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards
Contribute to life-saving fire safety initiatives and strengthen regulatory compliance within a renowned facility.
