In this senior position, you will oversee the design, integration, and optimization of turbine-generator systems. Your expertise in steam turbines, generators, and rotating equipment will be crucial as you ensure a reliable and high-performing plant design. Collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, and construction organizations and spearhead technical evaluations and procurement activities across various project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engineering strategy and equipment selection
• Provide technical oversight for steam turbines and generators
• Support performance analysis and efficiency improvements
• Coordinate interfaces across multiple project teams
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 15 years of engineering experience required
• 10 years with turbine-generator systems
• Strong knowledge of heat balance analysis
• Direct experience with major equipment suppliers
