The Junior Project Coordinator is a highly motivated self‑starter who will assist in various areas of the project, depending on business requirements. This is an 8 month co‑op opportunity starting in January 2027 and is a hybrid work schedule. Located in Pickering.

What You'll Do Here
  • Communicate with engineering team members and engineering manager to maintain the engineering scopes work breakdown structure
  • Communicate changes/updates from the engineering team to other project groups (i.e. scheduling project controls, construction)
  • Organize meetings (internal or client) as required by the engineering team and develops meeting minutes. Report on action items from engineering meetings for input to the Action Items register.
  • Coordinate request for information to vendors/client as identified by the engineering team
What You Bring To The Team
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • 0 to 2 years experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills in communicating with a large team
  • Organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and multi‑task
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced environment
