You will oversee the engineering and design change for the boiler replacement project at Pickering nuclear generating station, ensuring that all engineering deliverables support safe, long-lasting plant operations. Collaborating closely with clients and leading your team, you'll tackle unique engineering problems to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership in engineering change projects
• Work directly with clients to align design solutions
• Supervise the design team to resolve engineering challenges
• Manage engineering deliverables through various project phases
• Support project performance metrics on cost and schedule
Requirements:
• Strong expertise in nuclear design engineering and change control
• Experience with project execution in engineering or management
• High capability in problem-solving and mentorship
• Resource management experience in engineering context
• Familiarity with process and specifications of client systems
Contribute essential civil and mechanical engineering leadership for the future of Ontario's clean energy.
