We are looking for seasoned Human Factors Engineers with in-depth knowledge of nuclear power industry frameworks. This hybrid position requires managing HFE deliverables across multiple ongoing projects, collaborating with EPC vendors, and conducting vital analyses. You will be crucial in developing HFE Program Plans, reviewing vendor documentation, and ensuring standards are met across all phases of engineering changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage EPC vendors’ HFE deliverables compliance

• Review documentation under ECC governance

• Conduct and analyze HFE analyses and testing

• Provide SME recommendations for design modifications

• Support installation and commissioning activities

Requirements:

• Experience with Nuclear Design Engineering Qualification

• CANDU-specific HFE design expertise

• Knowledge of NUREG-0700 and relevant standards

• Familiar with ECC governance processes
