Morson Edge is actively seeking a Modification Team Lead for a year-long contract at the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station. Your expertise will guide multidisciplinary teams through the modification lifecycle, ensuring all work adheres to engineering and safety regulations. You'll play a pivotal role in mitigating risks and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee plant modifications from start to finish
• Coordinate among engineering and operational teams
• Define modification requirements, timeline, and budget
• Manage risks and resolve technical challenges
• Ensure compliance with nuclear quality standards
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering or technical field
• Proven experience in nuclear modification projects
• Previous leadership in engineering or project-based roles
• Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards
• Eligible for OPG security clearance
