Reporting to the Table Games Shift Manager, the Dual Pit Manager supervises table games, schedules staff, and enforces gaming policies. Your proactive leadership will foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This role participates in marketing initiatives and guarantees excellent service through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily table games operations and staff

• Monitor and verify jackpots and game performance

• Establish and maintain table limits for games

• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and standards

• Train and mentor gaming team members for success

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Pit Supervisor experience

• Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Strong focus on customer service excellence

• Ability to obtain Category 1 Gaming Assistant registration
