Senior Banking Client Experience Associate

As a Senior Client Engagement Associate, you will help Personal and Business Banking clients manage daily banking needs. You will deliver meaningful service, support transactions, explain financial products, and connect clients with appropriate CIBC teams. The position also provides operational leadership through mentoring and complex issue guidance.

• Answer client questions and assist with banking transactions
• Explain relevant products and services to clients
• Connect clients with appropriate CIBC team members
• Mentor associates through job shadowing and feedback
• Resolve complex issues with banking centre leadership

• Expertise in financial services products and customer service
• Ability to support client account and product needs
• Strong problem solving and client issue resolution skills
• Digital literacy for mobile banking applications
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres
