Senior Financial Controls Associate

As Senior Associate, Financial Controls, you will report to the Senior Director of SLC Management Financial Controls. The position supports internal control strategies across a global institutional asset manager. Your work spans ICFR SOX coordination, internal and external audits, service provider reports, risk evaluation, and financial reporting close activities.

• Coordinate and oversee the ICFR SOX program
• Support internal and external audits and resolve requests
• Lead annual SOC1 and CSAE 3416 audits
• Advise asset classes and senior management on controls
• Monitor control issues, emerging risks, and mitigation timelines

• Professional finance designation such as CPA, CA, CMA, CGA, or CFA
• Four or more years of financial services experience
• Internal or external audit, enterprise risk, or control development experience
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency and project management capability
