Trade Compliance Analyst KYC Screening

As a Trade Compliance Analyst, you will conduct daily reviews involving export controls, sanctions, and trade regulations. The work includes applying the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and International Traffic in Arms Regulations. You will identify potential risks before products, software, services, or technology reach third parties.

• Conduct KYC reviews for customers and other third parties
• Perform restricted-party screening using Descartes and approved tools
• Review ownership structures, affiliations, and beneficial ownership information
• Resolve potential screening matches and coordinate escalations
• Maintain accurate compliance records and determinations

• Bachelor’s degree in a listed or related field
• Knowledge of export controls, sanctions, or trade regulations
• Ability to assess information completeness and identify red flags
• Ability to maintain organized compliance documentation
• Ability to escalate higher-risk matters appropriately
