The Client Delivery Associate handles client service needs within a banking environment. This work includes transactional requests, escalations, investigations, reporting, product guidance, and client feedback analysis. It also supports compliant documentation and risk-informed decisions.

• Handle transactional requests, escalations, and service investigations
• Assess client needs and evaluate issue resolution effectiveness
• Publish regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards
• Direct clients toward relevant products and service resources
• Analyze feedback and identify service performance gaps

• Two to three years of relevant experience preferred
• Client relationship, financial services, or service excellence experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance, or marketing
• Foundational regulatory compliance and problem-solving proficiency
• Intermediate product knowledge, reporting, and Microsoft Office proficiency
