We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our online presence and drive impactful marketing campaigns. In this role, you will develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across various channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Your expertise will help us connect with our target audiences effectively while leveraging the latest tools and techniques in digital marketing.

This is a hands‑on role for a professional who is passionate about all aspects of digital marketing, lead generation/conversion, marketing, driving growth, and working toward clear KPIs. Key Responsibilities Marketing and Growth
  • Plan, direct, and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, SEM, and performance marketing strategies to maximize visibility and ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research using SEO tools to identify high‑impact keywords that boost organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Leverage AI tools to support content ideation, copywriting, design, and optimization.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels.
  • Drive lead generation by aligning campaigns, improving targeting, and optimization of landing pages.
  • Design digital catalogues, brochures, e‑blasts, banners, and videos.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts.
  • Deploy marketing campaigns across Meta platforms and Linked In.
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms to nurture leads through targeted email marketing campaigns and workflows.
  • Retarget and nurture leads through email sequences and follow‑up campaigns.
  • Coordinate messaging across digital and email channels.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders.
Website & eCommerce Optimization
  • Manage and optimize the website, including product pages, collections, and integrations.
  • Implement conversion optimization techniques on landing pages to enhance user engagement and lead generation.
  • Utilize content management systems like Word Press to update website content, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and user experience.
  • Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, SQL queries, and other analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain the website fast, user friendly, appealing, mobile‑friendly, and up to date.
  • Build and maintain eCommerce platforms using Word Press and custom CSS.
  • Ensure all new products are effectively launched into eCommerce and B2C sales channels.
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
  • Build, manage, and improve lead funnels from the first touch to enrollment.
  • Monitor campaign performance and conversion rates across channels.
  • Test messages, offers, and follow‑up strategies to improve close rates.
Competencies & Experience
  • Degree in digital & social media marketing, commerce (digital marketing), marketing, graphic design, or a postgraduate certificate/diploma with focus on digital marketing, SEO, social media, content strategy, and analytics.
  • Minimum 2 years of work related experience.
  • Proven proficiency with SEO tools, such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz for keyword research and site audits.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles including on‑page optimization, backlink building, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Experience with Meta Ads and other PPC platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL to support website…
