Dedicated Deskside Engineer Windows and Mac Support

Become a key player as a Deskside Engineer! Provide hands-on support for Windows and Mac environments, ensuring optimal performance and seamless customer service every day.
In this role, you will utilize at least three years of hands-on experience in field support services. You’ll tackle desktop support for various Windows versions and Mac OSX while assisting with multifunctional devices and BYOD. Your strong skills in troubleshooting, reporting, and excellent customer interaction will drive success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support installation and troubleshooting for Windows and Mac systems
• Manage repairs for desktops, workstations, notebooks, and printers
• Provide customer support to diverse staff and management levels
• Handle remote control of PCs and video conferencing setups
• Participate in rotational on-call support for executives
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in field support services
• CompTIA A+ certification required
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong break/fix skills with IT systems
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
