Take charge of IT Infrastructure and Support management for Trigo Quality Solutions in the Americas, including the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and Brazil. This influential role merges leadership with IT operations and infrastructure security.
As the Infrastructure and Support Manager, you will drive IT strategy and ensure system robustness while working collaboratively with corporate IT. Your leadership will extend to overseeing Azure implementations, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency across the region’s IT framework, making your expertise vital for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and manage the regional IT strategy
• Optimize IT services including network and server management
• Lead implementation of cybersecurity frameworks
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and data security
• Provide supervision and mentorship to helpdesk teams
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in IT infrastructure management
• Experienced in managing technical teams and projects
• Demonstrated proficiency with Azure and networking
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
• Strong command of English communication
