Trigo Quality Solutions IT Manager

Lead IT operations at Trigo Quality Solutions in Pickering, ON, by merging strategy with hands-on support. This role oversees infrastructure management and cybersecurity for the Americas region.
As the IT Infrastructure and Support Manager, you will provide strategic leadership in managing IT systems across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. This hands-on position requires expertise in Azure solutions and a deep understanding of networking and security principles. Collaborate closely with global IT leaders to align strategies and support continuous improvement in corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the regional IT roadmap with executive leadership

• Oversee network operations and secure remote access

• Manage cybersecurity tools and user access controls

• Optimize IT assets, vendor relationships, and budgets

• Lead the IT helpdesk team and monitor SLAs
Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years in IT operations management

• Proven Azure migration and infrastructure management experience

• Strong background in network administration

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field

• Excellent proficiency in English
