Zurich Canada is looking for a detail-oriented Claims Handling Specialist to handle Accident Benefits claims. This role requires providing compassionate support to both commercial and personal clients, guiding them through the claims process. You will also be responsible for compliance, documentation, and collaboration with medical partners to facilitate client recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accident Benefits claims in accordance with legal standards

• Serve as the main point of contact for claimants

• Accurately document and maintain claims files

• Exercise judgment on liability based on facts and evidence

• Establish case strategies to ensure timely resolutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years’ experience in Claims/Insurance

• Active adjuster license(s) required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and regulations

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
