Subcontracts Coordinator in Nuclear Projects

In your role with Can Atom for the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station Refurbishment, you'll collaborate closely with various teams to facilitate procurement for essential project components. Your responsibilities will include preparing subcontracts, managing purchase requisitions, and ensuring compliance with all specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute subcontracts post-award

• Coordinate purchases of materials and services across projects

• Ensure clarity in purchase requisitions and documentation

• Enter data into SAP for accurate tracking

• Monitor material delivery schedules for project timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction industry

• Educational background in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering

• Experience with contracts and procurement processes

• Familiarity with SAP systems beneficial

• Strong organizational and customer service skills
