Inventory Claims Associate Position

As a vital part of Walmart Canada's team, the Claims Associate ensures the proper handling of returned and damaged items while safeguarding the store's inventory integrity. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately scan damaged items to minimize loss

• Process vendor requests, returns, and donations timely

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the claims area

• Update claims records regularly to reduce chargebacks

• Provide assistance to other associates when necessary

Requirements:

• Capable of lifting 20 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally

• Flexible with shift availability, including weekends

• Strong detail orientation for repetitive tasks

• Experience or knowledge in inventory control is beneficial

• Effective organizational skills required
