Facility Operations and Maintenance Technician

You will be tasked with routine service requests, conducting inspections, and documenting services rendered. Collaborating with other technicians, your insights into facility conditions and your proactive approach will support the operational integrity. Your focus on health and safety will be instrumental for both staff and tenants alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide feedback on repairs and enhancements
• Conduct routine maintenance on facilities
• Ensure compliance with environmental protocols
• Monitor and document service requests
• Support tenant satisfaction and relations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years operational experience
• Ability to operate relevant facility technologies
• Strong understanding of safety procedures
• Valid driver’s license is a must
