Commercial Building Technician

Position: Commercial Building Technician Madison Group
Become a vital part of Madison Group as a Commercial Building Technician, ensuring buildings are well-maintained and operational. This role includes HVAC management and maintenance responsibilities.

As a key player in the operations team, you will report to the Supervisor, Building Operations, and be tasked with various maintenance duties. Your hands-on approach to facilities management will include conducting repairs, overseeing general cleaning, and attending to tenant needs promptly. You will also engage in coordination with vendors for maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain HVAC systems for effective climate control

• Conduct regular building inspections and maintenance

• Repair drywall, flooring, and ceilings as necessary

• Address plumbing and minor electrical concerns

• Administer work orders and support tenant services

Requirements:

• Valid G driver’s license is essential

• College or trade diploma is required

• Experience in building operations is preferred

• Knowledge of applicable building codes and safety measures

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
