Position: Building Operator Role Casino Resort
Enhance the operational integrity of Pickering Casino Resort as a dedicated Building Operator. Oversee maintenance tasks while ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.

This full-time position involves supervising day-to-day operations under the Facilities Manager. You'll be responsible for executing maintenance programs, conducting inspections, and managing service requests to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll also maintain positive relations and support onsite construction projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance and operations

• Conduct equipment monitoring and inspections

• Perform essential repairs and preventive maintenance

• Record service requests and maintain accurate logs

• Uphold health and safety compliance

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent

• At least one year of relevant field experience

• Required First Aid and Building Environmental Systems certification

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Availability for flexible schedules, including holidays
