Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide unionized maintenance teams effectively

• Coordinate routine and preventive maintenance schedules

• Collaborate with operating departments for mechanical maintenance

• Mentor and coach employees through observation and feedback

• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements

Requirements:

• Red seal trade certificate or diploma/degree in electrical engineering

• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in a unionized setting

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in MS Office and CMMS experience

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
