As a Supervisor, Maintenance (Mobile), you will oversee work team performance while ensuring adherence to key maintenance processes using SAP and Prometheus systems. Your previous experience in the HDET trade and your supervisory skills will help establish effective relationships with key stakeholders at the mine. A commitment to safety and the ability to work within budgets are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with maintenance business processes and use approved systems
• Review Urgent notifications and maintain work order processes
• Monitor KPIs and strive toward plant targets
• Establish strong working relationships with key plant stakeholders
• Follow safe work practices according to Vale standards
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or GED with equivalent experience
• 3+ years in HDET trade and 1+ years in a supervisory role
• Valid industrial trade certificate from Ontario
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
